THE MAKING OF CINCORO

At Cincoro, our journey begins with the meticulous hand-selection of the highest quality, mature 100% Tequilana Blue Weber agaves from both the Highlands and Lowlands of Jalisco. Guided by instinct and respect, we harvest these agaves when nature signals they are ripe, ensuring each piña reaches its natural richness. These sun-nurtured piñas undergo slow steam-cooking to deeply caramelize the agave. Once perfected, they undergo precise pressing, extracting their essence to commence the artful distillation process.
